location
I provide online therapy services to clients who live in Washington state. Sessions will occur through telehealth over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. I can only serve individuals physically located in Washington.
Rate
The cost for 50-minute therapy sessions is $135 for individuals and $155 for couples/relationships. I offer a free 20-minute consultation call for us to chat and determine if we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to reach out via the form below.
SchedulE
I meet with clients on weekdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, typically on a weekly basis. (My practice is to hold sessions weekly for at least 8-12 sessions to build a foundation.)
Insurance
I currently do not participate in insurance panels which means I am considered out-of-network for most insurance. I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please keep in mind that the level of coverage varies from one plan to another. Generally, PPO plans offer better out-of-network coverage than HMO plans, but be sure to review your specific policy. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your coverage details and the process for seeking reimbursement for out-of-network services.
