approach
person-centered
I practice from a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach founded on intersectional feminist values. My intention is to provide a warm, affirming space for exploration and discovery. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience.
Collective Liberation
My dedication to the liberation and healing of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities led me to this work. If you’re exploring identity or grappling with the impacts of systemic injustice, we can navigate these complexities together while also seeking out moments of joy.
Neurodiversity
My primary areas of focus within neurodiversity are ADHD and Autism. I firmly believe there is no universally “right” way to have a mind, and I challenge the stigmatization of cognitive difference as deficit. If you’re neurodivergent, our work together may involve embracing your strengths while also exploring strategies for addressing your specific needs.
Attachment
My therapeutic approach draws from attachment theory, which centers on how our early emotional bonds to caregivers shape our relational patterns. We may consider the impact of primary attachment figures, past attachment injuries, and intergenerational trauma on your experiences. Through this process, we can discover ways to nurture emotional security both within yourself and in your relationships.
Parts work
We may explore a process called parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. With parts work, we will examine the internal constellation of parts within you, including those wounded by unresolved hurts and those that emerge as protective responses. I will invite you to approach these inner parts of yourself with curiosity and seek to understand their motivations and needs. Through this exploration, we can develop compassion for these protective strategies as a path towards a more embodied, whole sense of self.
somatic
I highly value the process of expanding sensory awareness and cultivating embodiment. In our work together, I may help deepen your understanding of your nervous system and the strategies your body has developed to survive. We may also explore grounding practices to strengthen your connection to the present moment. By attuning to your body’s cues and learning to recognize its signals, we can foster a more integrated relationship between your body and mind.
narrative
I integrate narrative therapy, which emphasizes our capacity to be the author of our own story. This approach involves identifying the stories we tell ourselves and exploring different ways to make meaning from them. We may reexamine narratives influenced by external social, cultural, and systemic pressures and engage with new perspectives. Together, we can reshape these internalized narratives to reflect your values, strengths, and aspirations, reclaiming agency over your life story.

My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic orientations to align with what works for you.
